Users of this website are bound by the Terms & Conditions and should read this document before proceeding. Use of this website and information or media on this website are subject to the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. By using this website, you, the Customer are acknowledging your consent to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2FiftyUnderground reserves, under sole discretion, the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time, without notice. Any changes will be posted within this document. By use of this website, the Customer accepts that they are bound by the Terms & Conditions as they are written in this document. The customer should check this document regularly.


These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the relevant United Kingdom Law. The Courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or other matter arising from these Terms & Conditions, the Customer's use of this website or the supply of the product by 2FiftyUnderground.

Forming a Contract with Us.

When you, the Customer, place an order to purchase a product from this website, this order is a formal offer to purchase the mentioned product. Upon receipt of the Customer's order, 2FiftyUnderground will send the Customer a confirmation e-mail detailing the order, including the price for delivery. This e-mail is neither a guarantee or an invoice.

A contract between the Customer and 2FiftyUnderground will come into existence when 2FiftyUnderground charge the Customer's credit or debit card for the purchase of the product.

Pricing & Promotions

All prices on this website are in British Pound Sterling (£) and include VAT where required by law.

This website operates independently from 2FiftyUnderground Retail Premises and Mail Order services. Prices and promotions offered by 2FiftyUnderground on this website may differ from, or may not be available from those found in store or via direct mail catalogues.

2FiftyUnderground makes every effort to ensure that the prices listed on this website are correct, However, errors may occur and 2FiftyUnderground reserves the right to alter product prices on this website without notice.

Other reasons for price alteration may include, but are not limited to, taxation changes, duties levied, or other changes foreseen or otherwise.

In the event that 2FiftyUnderground changes the price of an item due to an error, the following Terms apply: 2FiftyUnderground will inform the Customer as soon as possible of the amendment and of the correct price, or to cancel their order. If the Customer chooses to cancel their order and has already paid of the goods in question, 2FiftyUnderground shall refund the full amount in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. 2FiftyUnderground is under no obligation to fulfil any order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price.

Price adjustments due to promotion, sale or other offer are not considered to be an error and the above Terms do therefore not apply.

Ownership of goods does not pass into the hands of the Customer until 2FiftyUnderground has received full payment in guaranteed or cleared funds.

Funds will be debited from the Customers account on the day the Customer's goods are shipped.


2FiftyUnderground sells a number of limited edition products on this website.

The availability of these items is strictly on a 'first come first served' basis.

2FiftyUnderground will endeavour to fulfil every Customer's order; however, once the supply of the limited edition item is exhausted and the Customer's order cannot be fulfilled, 2FiftyUnderground will cancel the Customer's order and no costs will be charged to the Customer's account.

As contracts only exist between Customer's and 2FiftyUnderground after 2FiftyUnderground charge the Customer's credit or debit card for the purchase of the product. Products placed in the Customer's shopping cart may not be available to purchase if stock levels change before the Customer has completed their transaction.

When a release date is listed on this website, that date is subject to change in accordance to information received from the supplier of the item.

2FiftyUnderground will not be held responsible if that item is delayed or cancelled, or if the content or artwork is changed. Where a new release is cancelled 2FiftyUnderground will cancel the Customer's order and no costs will be charged to the Customer's account.

2FiftyUnderground will not be responsible for compensating the Customer for any losses connected with the purchase of limited edition products.

Delivery and Shipping

Product prices on this website are exclusive of delivery and shipping charges, with the exception of the Total Price listed under the Customer's Shopping Cart, which is inclusive of these charges. A list of delivery and shipping charges for the United Kingdom can be found under the 'Delivery' section of the Frequently Asked Questions page. 2FiftyUnderground will endeavour to deliver product to the Customer as soon as possible, in accordance with the Delivery Policy as detailed on this website.

All deliveries will be made to the address that the Customer gives for delivery of the product.

2FiftyUnderground reserves the right to refuse to deliver to an address that may not be secure. This address could be (but is not limited to) a communal postal address or a PO Box. In this event, 2FiftyUnderground will inform the Customer as soon as possible.

2FiftyUnderground will not be liable to the Customer in the event that 2FiftyUnderground is prevented by circumstance from delivering product that the Customer has ordered.

The Customer should be aware that, when goods are shipped internationally, they are subject to opening and inspection by Customs authorities.

Right to Cancel

The Customer may cancel their order, for any reason and at any time, up to seven working days after the Customer has received their goods. In the event that the Customer wishes to cancel their order, the Customer must inform 2FiftyUnderground in writing, quoting any relevant order numbers via e-mail to orders@2fiftyunderground.com.

In the event that the Customer has unsealed the packaging of products which fall into 'consumable media' – which includes CD, DVD or Audiotapes or the Customer has already received a direct download, the Customer's right to cancel no longer applies.

In the event of a Cancellation, the product must be returned to 2FiftyUnderground in its original packaging in reasonable condition with all seals and wrappings intact. The following Terms apply to cancelled orders.

If 2FiftyUnderground has not yet despatched the product, 2FiftyUnderground will cancel the Customer's order and no costs will be charged to the Customer's account.

If 2FiftyUnderground has already despatched the product, the Customer undertakes the responsibility to return the product to 2FiftyUnderground.

2FiftyUnderground will refund the cost of the item, but will not refund any postal charges paid by the Customer as part of their initial order or any costs incurred returning the product. Cancelled orders should be returned using an appropriate insured, recorded delivery service.

The Customer must return the item to 2FiftyUnderground within 14 days of the receipt date to qualify for a refund.

Defective Goods

In the unfortunate, but unlikely event that an item is defective, faulty or sent in error by 2FiftyUnderground, the Customer should contact 2FiftyUnderground in the first instance to arrange the return of the item.

The Customer should use and include all the original packaging to return their item/s to 2FiftyUnderground.

2FiftyUnderground will, where possible, offer a replacement for the same product/s that were faulty or damaged. Due to the limited nature of our products there may be occasions where we cannot offer a replacement. In this case we will refund the cost of the item/s and postage where applicable, or offer a store credit to the full value of the item.

The Customer must return the item/s to 2FiftyUnderground within 28 days of receipt for faulty, damaged or defective goods to qualify for a refund.

Data Protection

Personal details provided by the Customer to 2FiftyUnderground through this website will only be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy of 2FiftyUnderground. The Customer should read the Privacy Policy before using this website. By providing personal details to 2FiftyUnderground, the Customer is consenting to the use of those details in accordance with the Privacy Policy as laid out on this site.

Other Information

2FiftyUnderground reserves the right to correct any errors on this website, including description and image. 2FiftyUnderground reserve the right to refuse or cancel any website order based on an incorrect description or image. These corrections may be made after the Customer's order has been acknowledged.

2FiftyUnderground reserves the right to decline to supply any individual or company without explanation.

2FiftyUnderground reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Customer's use of this website at any time without explanation.

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit or debit card number to attempt to order from this website. 2FiftyUnderground will prosecute any Customer caught wilfully entering a fictitious order to the fullest extent of the law.

If any single provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by a Court of Law, the invalidity of that single provision will not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which will continue to have full effect.

The failure of 2FiftyUnderground to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
